(18" x 18" to 18" x 9") Sloan optotype chart for vision testing at 10 feet. Features two smaller groups 7.5 m to 1.5 m for repetitive testing (20/50, 6/15 to 20/10, 6/3 equivalent). Chart may be hand held or wall mounted.
This Sloan folding letter chart is a combination of many highly calibrated and accurate vision tests. It incorporates traditional Sloan optotypes with an ETDRS format to help establish a constant and equal acuity object from beginning to end. Designed to test children 7 years and older.
