Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 will have a $12.95 shipping charge added.

Please note that standard shipping rates do not apply to Hawaii or Alaska. For those locations, please email bids@schoolnursesupply.com for a shipping quote.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.

Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may take longer to arrive. During peak season, certain drop-shipped items may take approximately 3–6 weeks.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Expedited shipping options, including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, are available. Please call 800-485-2737 for pricing and availability.

Do you offer inside delivery?

Yes. If your location does not have a loading dock, inside delivery may be available for an additional $125.00.

Returns
What is your return policy?

Most items may be returned within 60 days. To begin a return or exchange, please complete the Return Form and contact our Return Department at returns@schoolnursesupply.com for authorization and instructions.

Returns are subject to review, and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to some items.

How do I return an item?

Please return the item in its original packaging, include a copy of the original packing slip, and note the reason for the return. Items must be in resalable condition to be eligible for credit.

Once your return is accepted, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or refund. Any credits issued must be used within 180 days.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as School Nurse Supply is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please call us at 800-485-2737 so a member of our Customer Service team can assist right away. If possible, refuse the shipment or note the damage at delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

What if something is missing or incorrect?

Please review your Packing List first. Backordered items will be marked as "Shortage to Follow" and shipped as soon as available. If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact Customer Service and we'll be happy to help.

Manufacturer Direct Shipments
What should I know about manufacturer direct shipments?

Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Because these items can be more susceptible to damage during transit, especially furniture, we recommend inspecting them carefully at delivery.

If there is visible damage, please refuse the shipment, take photos if possible, and contact the Returns Department right away. For returns of manufacturer-shipped items, please contact our team for instructions. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Non-Returnable Items
Which items cannot be returned?

Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Cubical curtains
  • Oxygen tanks
  • Expired products
  • PPE items
  • Opened AED pads
  • Used or defaced products

What are the Terms and Conditions

We offer flexible options to help guarantee that all of your needs are met.  All quotes approved by School Nurse Supply® are valid for 90 days.  Payment terms are Net 30.  When converting a Quote or Bid Request into an actual SNS order, please reference the approved Quote Number to ensure proper pricing. 

Already know what you need? Our Quick Order tool lets you enter item numbers and quantities to quickly add products to your cart without searching for each item individually.

Need calibration or repair service? Our service team is here to help. Please contact us for prior authorization before sending your item for service.

Be sure to complete the Repair Order Form (PDF) and include it with your shipment so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Typical calibration turnaround time is 2–3 weeks.

Can I place an order using a purchase order (PO)?

Yes. We gladly accept school and district purchase orders. Simply select the purchase order payment option during checkout or send your PO directly to our team at. customerservice@schoolnursesupply.com.
