Handy Portions Bulletin Board Kit
This kit provides a "handy" guide to help you determine proper portions sizes that uses photographs of foods in real hands to aid in identifying 1 cup and 1/2 cup portions, as well as a variety of portion control tips.
Included in the Handy Portion Bulletin Board Kit are two 5 1/2" x 17" title header pieces and a variety of laminated cards. All pieces are laminated for durability. Sized for 3' x 4' bulletin board.
