The MA 28 offers combined testing, intuitive operation and reliable technology. Pure tone testing checks your ability to hear tones of different pitches in each ear.

The new DD65 v2 headsets will provide more comfort and improved noise reduction. The headset places the cushion around the outside of the external ear compared to other headphones that sit directly on the external ear providing a more comforting fit. One cord design allows for easier placement and removal of the headphones from the audiometer units. Due to the circumaural fit of the headphone, noise reduction of external environmental sounds is improved compared to the DD45 headset. This allows standard room noise to cause less interference during the testing process which leads to faster and more reliable results.

The Maico MA 28 is designed with state-of-the-art audiometric circuitry, which ensures fast, accurate test results. Bone Conduction audiometry is conducted by placing a bone oscillator behind the ear instead of using headphones. This is a helpful test in determining if hearing difficulty is conductive or sensorineural in nature. The RadioEar B71 bone conductor comes standard with the MA 28, an international gold standard accessory. Maico engineers products with quality components, ensuring lasting performance and reliability.
