10 ft: Hand Symbol (8 Line) Chart

(9" x 14") Hand optotype chart for vision testing at 10 feet. Helpful in testing vision of preliterate, illiterate and multiple languages. May be wall mounted or used with illuminated cabinets (66003, 66004, 66016, 66090).

Having only one optotype used in different directions, Hand symbol charts are similar to Tumbling E and Landolt C charts. Often used for preliterate children in school screenings, the child simply indicates which direction the hand is pointing.
