(17" x 21" to 17" x 10 1/2") Patti Pic optotype chart for vision testing at 10 feet. Used to identify amblyopia in children as young as 4 years old and for people with language difficulties. Chart may be hand held or wall mounted.

This folding chart is designed for distance and Amblyopia vision screening of young children in schools. Test includes:
FRONT
  • Proportional spacing.
  • Visual Acuity range 30 m to 1.2 m (20/200 to 20/8 equivalent).
  • Two smaller groups 6 m to 1.2 m (20/40 to 20/8 equivalent).
BACK
  • MassVAT format.
  • Visual Acuity range 15 m to 1.2 m (20/100 to 20/8 equivalent).
