The Amplivox 170 Manual & Automatic Audiometer is a cost-effective and easy-to-use screening audiometer for completing hearing tests within schools.

At only 1.52 lbs., the lightweight and robust design benefits any health professional who travels.  Designed for those with little experience with audiometers the Model 170 allows the user to complete the hearing assessment/check automatically and reliably.  Designed with the operator in mind, the Model 170 has a clear display panel and dedicated soft key layout, allowing complete focus on the test subject and reducing the time it takes to do examinations. 

Key functions such as automatic test commencement, ear selection and frequency selection are available at the touch of a button.  This audiometer includes test frequencies and attenuation ranges required to perform a wide range of pure tone audiometry, such as standard threshold or sweep testing for school screening.  Automatic test routines with pure and pulsed test tones enable large-scale screening programs to be delivered effectively.

Results can be manually recorded, saved in internal memory and/or transferred to a PC application, thus giving a comprehensive range of data management choices.  The audiometer also offers integration to a number of third-party Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.  This enables the seamless transfer of results and data, for improved workflow efficiency. 3 year manufacturer warranty.
