The Optec 5500 comes with a corded remote control that offers greater flexibility, with buttons to change slides, as well as screening settings. This model features a wired handheld remote control allowing the user to occlude each eye and advance slides.

The Optec Series Vision Screeners conduct comprehensive visual screenings in minimal time. Uses LED light and a series of slides to screen for a variety of conditions, including monocular, binocular, near, distance, and intermediate.

Simple, accurate and repeatable tests, with various slide packages available. Choose manual or remote control, and with or without peripheral testing capability. 2 year limited manufacturer warranty.

The Michigan Slide package includes 8 standard test slides and 4 preschool test slides.
